GOUSERVIS SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. 2.1.2. When using the Service as a Carrier, information about Users may include the following:

regions where the Shipper can provide services to through the Service,
website address, social media accounts or other description of the Carrier's business,
information about the devices used for the use of the Service and cookie files,
current and previous personal account settings,
titles and names of the Carrier's representatives,
information about the location of the Carrier's drivers during Transfers,

records of communication with the support service and/or passengers,

2.1.3. Information about Users may be provided by:
completion of the respective forms in the Personal Account sections by Users,

2.2. As the User makes an offer for the service, the Carrier obtains access to the following information: place and time of start and end of the Transfer, number of passengers for the Transfer, flight number (if applicable). 4. STORAGE AND DELETION OF INFORMATION
4.1. The Company keeps the information available on the User's personal Account and any other data about the User until the User does not delete the Personal Account or until the Service receives the User's request to delete the Personal Account.

YOU MAY USE GOODDRIVE SERVICES TO REQUEST AND SCHEDULE PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION, GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES WITH THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, BUT YOU AGREE THAT GOODDRIVE HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION, GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD PARTIES PROVIDERS OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER IN THIS SECTION 5 ARE NOT INTENDED TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER WHICH MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
